Return Policy — Original Artwork

We take care to pack and ship each original artwork with the same love and attention it received while being made. Because every piece is one-of-a-kind, returns are accepted only in the case of damage that occurred during transit.

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos showing the damage and the packaging, plus your order number and delivery date.

  • Hold on to all packaging and the damaged piece until we confirm next steps.

Remedies:

  • We will either issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping charges) or replace the piece if a suitable replacement exists. If you choose replacement and an identical piece is not available, we will offer a comparable piece or a refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned damaged item or confirm the damage with the carrier.

Return shipping for damaged items:

  • If the damage is confirmed to have occurred in transit, we will provide pre-paid return shipping or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs once you provide a receipt.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect sizing expectations, or for artworks that are not damaged.

  • Damage reported later than 7 days after delivery is not eligible for return or refund.

How to submit a claim:

  • Email us with “Damage Claim” in the subject line and include your order number, photos of the damage and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days with next steps.

Careful packaging and carrier claims:

  • We make every effort to prevent damage. If the carrier was responsible, we will file a claim and assist you through that process.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

  • Because each custom piece is handcrafted specifically for you and sometimes made from reclaimed materials, I do not accept returns on custom or commissioned work.

  • Your satisfaction matters. I will collaborate with you through the creative process and after delivery until you are completely happy with the final piece. This includes revisions, adjustments, and guidance on care and placement as needed.

  • Please communicate any concerns promptly so I can address them quickly, make adjustments that honor your vision, and ensure the finished piece feels perfectly quirky, thoughtful, and true to its story.
